Chief Financial Officer
Terry Valdivieso is the Chief Financial Officer of Atlantis Management Group, where she has served as the company’s principal financial executive since 2015. Terry leads the vision, strategy, and execution of all financial operations for Atlantis. She is responsible for fiscal reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, credit, insurance, and compliance, while also directing a team of accounting and audit professionals across multiple locations.
At Atlantis, she built the company’s financial infrastructure from the ground up, transitioning systems to a fully integrated platform that significantly improved efficiency and reduced overhead. Ricky Rigby

Prior to Atlantis, Rick spent over two decades at Circle K, where he held progressive roles including IT Director of Fuel Systems and Business Applications for North America. His tenure at Circle K spanned engineering, consulting, and senior management, culminating in a reputation for delivering scalable systems and driving enterprise-wide transformation. Rick also founded and led RSR Consulting, further showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and technical acumen.
Matt Whelan

Matthew Whelan is the Director of Retail Operations at Atlantis Management Group, where he leads strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s convenience store operations across the Northeast. With over 25 years of experience in the grocery and retail industries, Matt has built a reputation for operational excellence, customer-centric innovation, and collaborative leadership in senior roles at Inserra ShopRite, Stop & Shop, and MJ Consulting. He began his journey at Atlantis as Category Manager, overseeing key product lines, and quickly advanced due to his results-driven approach and deep industry insight.
In his current role, Matt is responsible for executing company-wide programs, coordinating district manager transitions, and identifying emerging trends and aligning operational strategies to meet evolving consumer demands. With over 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry, Alper oversees fuel procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations across the company’s extensive retail network in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Alper holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Gaziantep University. His technical background and business acumen allow him to bridge operational execution with strategic planning. Jehad Awad
Executive VP, Real Estate and Development
Jehad Awad is the Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Development at Atlantis Management Group, where he oversees environmental compliance, facilities management, fuel service, construction and remodels, and property operations. He holds degrees in Real Estate from Baruch College and Business Management from Iona University. Alexander M. Amanatides serves as General Counsel at AMG, bringing over two decades of legal expertise to the role. He is a seasoned advisor in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts, known for his strategic guidance and leadership. Alexander has built a reputation as a trusted partner to executive teams, combining deep legal acumen with strong negotiation and communication skills to support complex corporate initiatives.
Prior to joining AMG in 2017, Alexander was a founding member of two law firms: Amanatides Kochisarli PLLC and Alexander Amanatides, P.C. His practice focused on regulatory and transactional matters in the energy, franchise, and real estate sectors, as well as litigation and dispute resolution. At AMG—one of the largest integrated motor fuel marketers in the Northeast—he supports a dynamic network of retail and distribution operations, including Atlantis Fresh Market and co-branded partnerships with Dunkin’ Donuts.
